5 Years and counting...

Today is our 5th wedding anniversary! I can't believe it, but than again it feels like we have known eachother forever. I am so greatful that I have such a great man. Eric is such a sweet and understanding husband. He never complains about anything and is always a good sport. I love him so much and I count my blessings each day.

Eric is the best Dad a little girl could ever ask for. It melts my heart seeing him and Lucy play together. I love you babe...here's to #6!

We'll miss you Uncle Ed

Eric's Uncle Ed passed away yesterday. We are going to miss him so much. He was so loving and took care us. We all have great memories with him. This is when Lucy was only a week old. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Aunt Marti. We love you!

It's SnOwiNG!

Although Lucy has a killer cold I couldn't pass up the photo shoot in the SNOW! Where did this weather come from?

Big Girl Bed!

Isn't this such a cute bed? This was Eric's siblings crib. His mom was going to get ride of it and I had this great vision for it. We have had the crib in the garage for a year now and were waiting for the right time to give it to Lucy. When we found out that I had a blood clot in my arm Eric had to take care of Lucy most of the time. When she would have a bad night he would just go get her and put her in bed with us. I know...I have been so good about this not happening. Before I would get her and sleep on the couch with her. That's not near as fun than sleeping with mom and dad! Well she was waking up every night now yelling for her Dad...so we figured it was time. Eric did such a great job converting the crib into this bed. He was so excited to get it finished. What would I do without him!

She has done so good. Lucy gets so excited for naptime and bedtime now. I do have to lay next to her for a minute...but what else would I rather be doing.

My new found love...

My sister lead me on to this one. I used it last night for the first time and it is the ultimate razor! So here is how it works....all you do is wet it and begin shaving. How great is that. It has two built in shaving gel bars that surround the blade. Eric gets so mad at me because I am always using his razor and shaving cream. Well I shouldn't say always because shaving is not on the top of my to-do list. I hate spending the time to do it...therefore it only gets done when it is absolutely necessary...but I have to say that it might be on my daily to-do list now! Let me know what you think!
