Cutler's Birthday Fun!

Lucy giving Cutler his Birthday hugs & kisses. My mom always tells me I need to adopt a older brother for Lucy because she adores her cousins.
Is this not the perfect IN-N-OUT picture! We had to get our weekly fix.
After dinner Cutler wanted to go to {Jumpin Jacks}. Why didn't I think of this idea. It is so fun and the kids can run wild! Not to mention a great workout. Lucy isn't too daring so Eric had to tote her around each jump house.
As you can see...{THEY} had a blast.
Here we are with out fake smiles on! {CHEEEESE} I had to laugh.
Thanks Cutler for letting us party with you on your big day!

Aloha, Kauai!

Mom and Dad usually take us to Newport Beach, but this year they surprised us with Kauai. It was so beautiful and of course the weather was great. Our resort was right on the beach and you can see the view from our room. Lucy takes after me when it comes to sand. I love the beach but hate salt water, and sand in my bathing suit! So as you can see we hung out at the pool most of the time. It was perfect, the pools overlooked the beach so it felt like we were right there. We got home and I honestly don't know why we live where we do. Lucy's chronic runny nose went away and her eczema was nowhere to be found. Of course within 24 hours of touching down to reality both were back! The week went by way too fast. Thanks Mom, Dad & Granny for the wonderful trip.

Are these not the cutest things you have ever seen. I found Gigi Apparel on Tutus and Turtles. I wish I would have found them when Lucy was a baby, because I think they would only last a couple minutes without getting holes in them. All of their products are sent in a cute hat box with rose peddles in the bottom.

Gigi Apparel also has these amazing hats. Don't they look so adorable and comfortable? You can find these products at http://www.gigis.org/retailstore/

Trying to catch up...

on scrapbooking. So, I have been digital scrapbooking and it is great. I can get pages done in no time. Here are the few that I have been working on. I just need to print them so that I will quit moving things around on them. But there is still something that I love about regular scrapbooking. I use ALL of my scrapbook stuff on other projects and church handouts. Eric is not convinced that I do...but I beg to differ!

Yes I know these are all pictures that you have seen before, but too bad!

Best Buddies

Dax, Lucy, Tryston, Carter & Luke
These are Lucy's Best Buddies! She loves going to the park with them. I can get her to do anything fast if tell her...
"we need to hurry we are going to see your friends."
That is the same for me too. I love being with my friends. We are only getting closer as the years keep going by.

If you only could have heard the "cheeeeeese" that went along with the smile!

Lucy's Happy Birthday

I can't believe it...my little girl is 2. Lucy has been such a joy in our lives. There is never a dull moment with this girl. She picks up on everything we do and never misses anything.
We had so much fun yesterday for her big BIrtHDaY. I made her one of her favorite breakfasts...French Toast. That is probably because she doesn't eat a thing, but she loves sugar! Then Grandma and Grandpa Pendleton took her to
The BEAR MILL. I think she was overwhelmed!
She had fun, but of course Pa gave her candy in the middle of building her cat and then all interest was lost. Thanks Grandpa & Grandma. Next we went to Pizza Factory to get her a
pizza...well long story short...we never got it until we were leaving.{She did eat it after nap time} When we got home Cousins Tayden, Cutler and Ryker came over to give Lucy her new Blowing Bubbles Lawn Mower. It is soooo cute, she loves it.
Now on to the big Party! Grandma Hansen, Uncle Daniel{Jami and the kids left to go out of town so they couldn't make it} and Ma & Pa came over. We had a fun time watching you open all your PResEnTS and trying to blow out ALL of your candles. We love you Lucy and we can't wait to see what you will come up with this year!!!

Simple "Bundt" Cute!

So my favorite sister Shenise passed this recipe on to me after getting it from a friend. I wanted to do something cute for Lucy's Birthday on Thursday and this came to mind. I did a trial run today for Carly's Birthday Lunch. I think it turned out pretty cute and mind I say it is delicious.
This one is {White Chocolate Raspberry}.
Next I will try doing a Devils Food cake. Lucy helped me make her little "Bundt" birthday cake. I will post pictures on Friday! I might just have to start a little business making these. Let me know what you think...would people buy these?
